I take care of user experience in product development and changing activities on both digital and physical properties, from website to app, from branch to contact center.
I participate to every project as Design Lead bringing a user centered approach and driving the design process to build ​best-fit solutions starting from user needs​.
I work day by day in order to guarantee our customers the most valuable experience possible and maximize business strategic goals, closely with developers, PO’s and various professionals within weekly sprint cycles.

UX ARCHITECT

As UX Architect I'm in charge of helping our clients to design omnichannel experiences that meet user needs and maximize commercial KPIs.
I work everyday in multidisciplinary teams guiding the research studies, creating various outputs such as wireframes and interactive prototypes, planning and caring the execution of user tests.

I lead and coordinate the work of a small team of designers. I keep them focused and well motivated on a daily basis. I take care of their professional growth pointing them to useful courses, thematic conferences and promoting knowledge sharing within the team.

I take care of digital projects from ideation to delivery.
As UX designer I study and design end-to-end experiences. I do benchmarks and market analysis; I map customer journey experiences, create user personas, set up user scenarios, design user-flows and sitemaps before diving in sketching, wireframing and prototyping valuable solutions.
I test, measure and continuously improve in a typical lean process.
I present concepts and progress updates to clients in the most clear and compelling way I can.

As the most senior and specialized front-end developer in the agency I’m asked to supervise the web team and push higher the quality of all digital products.
I personally take care of designing the user experience as well as coding (html, css, jQuery). I’m also responsible in coordinating a small team of devs, UI designers and external agencies/freelancers.
Thanks to my proactive and creative mindset I take part to the ideation of online and offline integrated communication strategies.

Over the years I improved my technical skills and management abilities.
Together with a trusted team of collaborators and skilled professionals I realized many web projects from institutional websites to complex e-commerce platforms.
Along the way I learnt the principles of usability, responsive design, SEO and user experience design.
I also learnt the basics of project management such as work daily planning, client relationship and problem solving.
